1. Acceptance of Terms

By calling our intake line or using any IntakeAI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

IntakeAI provides an automated voice and chat intake system that collects information from prospective legal clients and forwards that information to the relevant law firm. IntakeAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through IntakeAI does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when a law firm explicitly agrees to represent you in writing.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and calling our intake line, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your intake, including confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the intake process. Providing false information may affect the ability of an attorney to assist you.

6. Limitation of Liability

IntakeAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any delays in attorney response, missed communications, or outcomes of your legal matter. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
